1. Collect the Registration Forms from the office of the District Police Officer (DPO) of your respective districts OR

2. Visit the official website (www.kppolice.gov.pk) of the Police department to download the Registration form.

3. Click on the Downloads link on the main menu and press the SOS Registration form button.

4. Fill the form with the relevant data and submit it in the DPO office

5. SOS Alert Service team will call you for installation of the SOS App after verification by the Special Branch or District Security Branch.

6. Visit the DPO office along with Smart Phone.

7. SOS Alert App will be installed on your mobile phone and training in the use of the App will be imparted by the SOS Alert Service Team.
